That’s why we’re excited to partner with QuickBooks to deliver a seamless two-way sync integration between our practice management software, BrightManager, and QuickBooks — empowering our users with greater efficiency and accuracy. 

Once enabled, any updates made to Client data will automatically sync between both platforms. Additionally, invoices created or modified in either BrightManager or QuickBooks will be reflected in the other system. 

By connecting QuickBooks with BrightManager, you can enhance your practice’s efficiency, reduce unnecessary paperwork, and ultimately free up more time to grow your business or provide valuable advice to your clients. 

How to integrate BrightManager with QuickBooks 

  • Navigate to Tools > Integrations 
  • Press the QuickBooks icon 
    • You will be asked to enter your QuickBooks login and approve the App 
  • Once the sync has completed you will be able to see your QuickBooks clients in BrightManager 
  • Select the data you want to sync, once your client is connected these fields will be updated in BrightManager and QuickBooks 
  • You can access your client data on QuickBooks or unlink the client from the client file 
  • If you add a new client to BrightManager it will be automatically added to QuickBooks 
  • You will then be taken to the QuickBooks tab within the client file 
  • Data will be synced every 1 hour but can be done on demand by selecting SyncNow from the integrations page
