How to integrate BrightManager and FreeAgent
- Navigate to Tools > Integrations
- Press the FreeAgent icon

- You will be asked to enter your FreeAgent login and approve the App
- Once the sync has completed you will be able to see your FreeAgent clients in BrightManager
- You will be able to connect existing BrightManager clients or create new client records based on FreeAgent data.
- If your client is already in BrightManager it will show you the percentage of data matched in FreeAgent

- You can then Connect or View the client
- You will then be taken to the FreeAgent tab within the client file
- On this tab you will have the option to fix or ignore differences in data, sync, dissasociate the client.If your FreeAgentclient is not in BrightManager you can create them by selecting create
- FreeAgent UK Sole Traders come through to BrightManager as Self Assesment client types

- For clients who have signed your T&Cs select “terms signed”

- If they have not then the client will be set as a prospect
