Jennifer Patton

As today marks World Mental Health Day, Bright had the lovely Shauna Farrell from Zevo Health talk to our staff about their mental wellbeing/health. Zevo Health is a corporate wellbeing provider who assist companies in improving their management and engagement in employee wellbeing.

In their workshop, Mental Health Toolkit, Shauna spoke to our staff across the Bright group about techniques and skills to take control of their mental health, helped them to understand how to recognise poor mental health, taught them simple breathing exercises, how to listen to those who are struggling with mental health issues and explored several self-care practices to build resilience.

We would encourage anyone who is struggling with their mental health to reach out to a trusted friend or colleague or even a member of their companies HR team, everyone is here to listen!
