General T&Cs 

• Unless otherwise stated, discounts are only eligible for the base price and are not applicable to additional modules, add-ons, or third-party products. 
• Unless otherwise stated, multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same product.
• Where a discount is available to new users only, you will not be able to redeem the offer if you have previously used the software and cancelled your subscription. 
• Refunds for product cancellations will be equal to the original purchase amount minus any applicable discounts.  
• If a promotion is used and the associated subscription for the product/service is then cancelled, we reserve the right to remove the promotion and replace it with the originally recommended retail price of that product/service. 
• We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason. 
• Bright reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, as well as refuse or withdraw any promotion from a beneficiary without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions

• To enter the Prize Draw you must complete Bright’s Market Research Survey  
• The competition will run from 09:30 on 15/03/23 to 09:00 on 31/03/23. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
• The draw will take place at 9:30 on 31/03/23. 
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions of the same survey or from the same person will not result in additional entries into the prize draw. 
• One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  
• The draw will be performed by a random computer process administered by the promoter and under the supervision of an independent member of the Promoter’s staff.  
• The decision regarding the prize winner will be final 
• The winning prize will be one 10th Gen iPad 64gb worth £499 
• The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and can only be awarded to the winner  
• Use of a false name or address will disqualify a competition entrant from receiving a prize  
• The competition is open to Bright customers only, who are residents of the United Kingdom or Ireland  
• Bright will ensure that the prize will be delivered within 28 days of winning. Where this is not possible, we will notify the winner of a delay.  
• The winner will have 90 days to claim the prize. Should we not receive any correspondence in that time period their claim is null and void.  
• If, due to circumstances beyond our control, a prize is not available, Bright reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.  
• Bright is under no obligation to replace the prize with equivalent cash value. 
• Bright will not accept any responsibility for the delivery of the item should it be damaged, lost or cancelled by the third-party courier.   
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Bright reserves the right to amend or withdraw the entire competition without notice.  
• Any person or persons found to be in disregard of any of the above rules will be disqualified automatically. Bright reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.  
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish competition law.
