2. Non-solution cloud users
You’ll need to go through a data migration process so we can move your existing dataset to the cloud. This will allow you to seamlessly prepare returns without having to re-add your clients into the database. Our sales team can schedule this for you, so we suggest reaching out to them to get started.
Once the migration is complete (which takes no longer than 1-2 hours), you will receive instructions on how to log into BrightTax using your email address.
