Quickly submit bank statements
With Dext’s bank statement extraction, you no longer need to spend hours manually adding data. Bank statements can be added, then the data is extracted and imported to your accounting software. Dext supports over 700 banks, including all major Irish banks.
Auto publish so you don’t have to
Turn on Auto Publish to automatically send documents from specific suppliers, customers, or payment methods to your accounting software as soon as they’re submitted. Use it with Supplier Rules and Smart Split to publish transactions without any prior editing.

Automate predictable paperwork and save valuable time by applying rules to a supplier or customer. You can use rules to assign a default tax rate, currency, category, and more.
Smart split rules
Save time reviewing items from your regular suppliers. Create Smart Split rules – according to fixed amounts or percentages – to automatically create pre-defined line items when transactions are submitted from the supplier.
Reduce delays with in app instant messaging
Need clarification on a particular item or receipt? Communicate easily with clients by using in-app messaging. They’ll receive a push notification to alert them of your message.
Create expense claims with ease
An easy solution for your clients to submit employee reimbursable expenses. Once an expense report has been created, it can be exported or sent to your accounting software, where it’s published directly to the GL as a purchase invoice.
