Our payment services team oversees client invoicing and manages numerous client accounts at once. On top of this meticulous attention to detail, the payment services team possess excellent communication skills and understand out products enabling them to answer client questions, solve their issues, and keep them updated with relevant account information.
My workday starts at 8:30am with a hot cup of tea by my side. I begin by checking our payment service email system and replying to our customer’s emails. My afternoons are spent answering customer emails and phone calls and helping them with their account queries. Our types of calls vary throughout the day from account queries to assisting with payments which keeps everyday interesting.
But it's not just all work, I also attend Team Committee meetings that I'm a member of, such as the Charity Committee and Social Club Committee, but there are lots of other committee's to join. At Bright we plan company wide charity events and work night outs for any Social Club members!
