A day in the life of a Product Lead

As Product Lead my day starts with strong coffee before holding the product team stand-up where I meet with our UX Designers and Business Analysts where we plan out our coming day, share ideas and discuss solutions to problems we are currently working on; we then swiftly move into a meeting with our developers to make sure developments for our upcoming features are on track.

After the morning meetings I then get my head into user feedback, this may be reviewing comments left on our product roadmap, holding a focus group or doing a deep dive into how our users are working with our products. My afternoons are then spent planning how we can incorporate the learnings from our user feedback into our product roadmaps to make sure that we continue to build market-leading products.
