Once paperwork has been submitted, Dext Prepare automatically processes, extracts and stores digital copies via a secure cloud system. Dext Prepare extracts data with over 99% accuracy and the average processing time is under 30 seconds.
Accounting software integration
Dext Prepare integrates with all major accounting software providers (including BrightBooks), meaning you can create seamless workflows. Automated data entry and transaction matching saves hours of time.
Submit bank statements
With Dext’s bank statement extraction, you no longer need to spend hours manually adding data. Bank statements can be added, the data extracted, and imported to your accounting software. Dext supports over 700 banks, including all major Irish banks.
Auto Publish
Turn on Auto Publish to automatically send documents from specific suppliers, customers, or payment methods to your accounting software as soon as they’ve been submitted. Use it with Supplier Rules and Smart Split to publish transactions without any editing beforehand.
Supplier rules
Automate predictable paperwork and save valuable time by applying rules to a supplier or customer. You can use rules to assign a default tax rate, currency, category, and more.
Smart Split
Save time reviewing items from regular, routine suppliers. Create Smart Split rules, according to fixed amounts or percentages, to automatically create predefined line items when transactions are submitted from the supplier.
In-app messaging
Need clarification on a particular item or receipt? Communicate easily with clients by using in-app messaging. They’ll receive a push notification to alert them of the message.
Expense Reports
An easy solution for your clients to submit employee reimbursable expenses. Once an expense report has been created, it can be exported or sent to your accounting software, where it is published directly to the GL as a purchase invoice.
Boost
In a rush? Subscribe to use Boost to speed up the processing of all submitted documents in the ‘In Processing’ queue. Currently any items that are also using Supplier Line Item Extraction are unable to be sped up using the Boost function.
